Remember the old slogan "Why wait for Spring, do it now?" My advice to Buyers is just that. At this time of the year, there is a good selection of properties to purchase, compared to the first and second quarter of the year, with many Sellers getting more competitive in their pricing to achieve a sale. As is typical, properties that are not sold within the next 45 days, will start to get de-listed, and inventory levels will drop, leaving less choice for Buyers. The Spring market is anybody's guess.
