The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver has just released the Housing Price Index for December, 2010:

| Attached | $ 767,015 | $ 758,229 | - 1.2% |
| Condominium | $ 496,542 | $ 501,905 | + 0.5% |
As noted previously, prices of Townhomes and Condominiums have remained stable over the past year, while prices of Detached homes have increased approximately 8.8% due to increased demand from offshore buyers.
