The trend of a falling sales to list ratio continues.  During the past week, there were 266 new listings, and only 132 sales, a sale to list ratio of 50%.  This could be due in part, to a short week, or the type of new product hitting the market as compared to the sectors where demand remains highest.  Most of the listings hitting the market in the past week have been in the higher end properties, which are not getting snapped up as quickly as the under $450,000 properties.  Inventory remains stable, but low, at 2,046.
